Rebecca, I have a terrible memory, what is NCLB? Did you read the article? I could not believe this was the same school system I went to. Yes the schools in the poorer neighborhoods were not as good back then, but... Yes I am concerned about teachers having jobs, but my first concern is these kids get the best education possible.
